I expected a movie in the style of Single White Female and was wrong. The Perfect Soulmate gives an insight into abusive relationships and trusting the wrong people. Although the movie leans on Alex Paxton Beesley her acting skills, Jeff Teravainen is the one to watch.
With another casting this movie wouldn't have worked. All in all the story gives food for thoughts. Beware who you befriend. An excellent drama for TV.
