Unfortunately this has become a tribute to Howard because of his death. There's nothing else unfortunate about it except what it reveals about the history of the USA.For anyone who believes that democracy comes from the bottom and not from the top.
For those who know that any democracy we have is born of protest, agitation and defiance.
