Review of The Music Never Stopped (2011) by Mike C — 08 Dec 2011
This was one of the best movies I've seen this year. The plot is character driven, and follows the father/son archetype from innocence to dysfunction. Included are interesting images of the changing social norms of the 70s, discussions of psychology and memory theory, and nostalgic interweaves of classic 70s music.
The predictability of the end did not take away from its poignancy. I highly recommend this film.
