Review of The Moonstone (1934) by Ingrid G — 11 Jul 2010
This movie is either shorter than the aprox. time listed, or my DVD player skipped a scene, because it says it's 62 min. long, but it was really only about 48 min. long. Anyway, this movie is extremely simple: a jewel is stolen, a detective just happens to show up, and they solve the crime.
That's it. They give all the characters back stories and everything, just to solve the whole thing in five minutes. This movie got on my nerves.
