Review of The Mangler (1995) by Alex I — 05 May 2008

This movie gets constantly bashed. But I honestly liked it. The star of the movie, a large demonic laundry press, with its huge drive chains, its safety bar with looks like a mouth and its many rollers sent shivers down my spine! The atmosphere Hooper creates around the machine is perfect and the gore was great.

Unforunately it seems to all get worse as the minutes tick away and the ending leaves a lot to be desired...
