Review of The Majestic (2001) by John T — 25 Aug 2008
Before I go any further, I need to make mention of the music in this film. It's phenomenal. James P. Johnson is a genius with a soundtrack. I mean, the way the music adds so much to the scenes and story without taking any of the attention of what's happening is done masterfuly.
After that, this is just a really great film. Carrey puts forth one of the best dramatic performances of his career.
