Review of The Lottery (1996) by Curtis M — 01 Mar 2006
I am going to guess that this one is a made-for-TV movie that came out when I was in Grade 11. This is an adaptation of the Shirley Jackson short story (and if you don't know what I'm talking about, you probably skipped school the day you were supposed to take it, or else your school sucked and you never took it).
Understandably, they expanded it quite a bit and, while not a classic, it does pass the time.
