Review of The Lifeguard (2013) by Brontë Y — 24 Jan 2014
This movie was a bit more depressing than I thought it would be. It was definitely a character-driven movie and it was kind of dark actually, but it also had its funny moments. I've always like Kristen Bell and her performance was impressive.
It was a pleasant surprise seeing Martin Starr, he's always hilarious. I love sweet indie films, but I wouldn't rewatch this movie though.
