Weird "futuristic" movie where Lee Majors tries to escape a tyrannical government by driving the last racecar to California while attempting to avoid their cactus-destroying laser beams. Also, Burgess Meredith plays a burnt-out Vietnam War veteran who doesn't seem to know whose side he's on.
