Um. This movie is incredible. The attention to detail is astounding. The music is it's own character, expertly punctuating the moment at hand, albeit usually in an unsettling manner, but the whole movie is unsettling so it does it's job.
It's grotesque, macabre, and funny even when it's totally inappropriate. The funny moment the themselves, particularly in the second act, are so small and subtle and not at the point in a movie when laughter is easy, but I reluctantly giggled all the same at this small moments.
Looking forward to Yorgos's next film!
