Review of The Killer Inside Me (2010) by Jake D — 23 Jun 2011
I give this movie 5 stars because it so utterly freaked me out. It was disturbing to watch. Casey Affleck, for me, embodied the evil man he was playing to a T. I also found it historically interesting with regard to the time and place of the movie, the complete lack of technology to help solve the crimes, and the persistence of the lawmen who just knew that this sheriff among them was a wicked and cunning killer.
Is this a spoiler? This isn't a mystery movie that hides any secrets, so no, not a spoiler in my opinion. The violence is so graphic that you will be shocked no matter what. The last five minutes is a little corny.
