Review of The High Cost of Living (2011) by Crystal M — 06 Jun 2011
The superb acting of Zach Braff and Isabelle Blais keeps the audience reigned in enough for them to ignore the white noise of the often convoluted plot. If the writer/director cut out the one-too-many far-fetched portions of the script, The High Cost of Living would sincerely have been a true and poignant artistic example of doing more with less.
