With a hilarious idea, a cute story, a funny script full of laugh-out-loud dialogue written by Katie Dippold, great chemistry between Sandra Bullock as Sarah Ashburn and Melissa McCarthy as Shannon Mullins, perfect directing by Paul Feig (Bridesmaids), exciting scenes and sequences and a fast pace and flow, The Heat is not the first buddy cop film ever made, but it is the first one that features 2 female cops working together.
