Review of The Gymnast (2006) by Danielle S — 11 Mar 2009
This is sort of "the little movie that could". It tries so hard to be a moving story about a woman in a passionless marriage finding love in a place she never expected, but the ending of the movie leaves the viewer feeling unfulfilled.
The aerial work is beautiful, though.
