The movie was absolutely great I have no Idea about all these negative reviews. You guys aren't movie directors you all need to relax. This is just the right amount of gore and grizzly cannibalism.
Some comedy made me feel not so disgusted anymore. Overall awesome movie. Would have got a 5 if everybody murder was as gruesome as the first.
