I'm shocked to see that this received such a low critic and user rating. Watched this movie and I was floored with the visuals, costumes, and plot. The best part about it is that it's a fresh original story with a positive message.
It's not peppered with propaganda and political correctness. Last year the creative powers that be were shuttered with PC and agendas. Most movies promoted evil as good. This movie is a great example of not going with the flow and how good a movie can be even when you just do your thing.
2016 was a film drought....The Great Wall is a step in the right direction.
