Wong Kar Wai, spent years shooting this film. The result is amazing. The fighting scenes are breath-taking, it's dialogues are philosophic. Most impressive part is its artistic angle of shooting. Almost every 24 film of a second can stand alone as a piece of art it self.
Wong Kar Wai cleverly explore Yip Man's life, making it a legend by destiny, a technique that gives him the world but defeated by life; at the same time, a heart-breaking love story.
