Review of The Giant Gila Monster (1959) by Mycala S — 17 Oct 2008
This movie goes a bit slowly, much like the dim-witted characters contained therein. However, due to the laughs I got from the quote, "I ask for the time and you tell me how to make a watch! Just give me the facts!" and the scene where a guy's driving along and the gila monster flicks his tongue and the guy screams and wrecks the truck, I'm giving it three stars.
Towards the end, they actually attempted to make the gila monster look bigger than the people -- at the beginning it just looked like somebody's pet lizard lumbering through the brush.
