Review of The Gallows Act II (2019) by Keanurevees — 16 Mar 2020
As someone who unironically loves found footage movies, I liked the first Gallows well enough. This sequel, however, is truly a terribly made movie with some awful acting, writing and special effects. I can totally see why Blumhouse wanted to bury this film; somehow this feels like a Disney original, but as a horror movie.
I gotta say I did enjoy the twist at the end, that made the movie a tiny bit better in retrospect. Still terrible, though.
