Review of The Fifth Floor (1978) by Chris K — 12 May 2014
The Fifth Floor while at times harrowing to watch was a great.
Thriller which apparently was based on true events, I'm surprised.
That it doesn't have more of a cult following.
After having a seizure at work one night, Kelly, a young college.
Student is taken to hospital where it is discovered she was.
Poisoned. Due to a past suicide attempt it is believed that she.
May have poisoned herself, so she is evaluated by a psychiatrist.
Who after some misunderstandings has her incarcerated on the.
Fifth Floor, A secure ward for the insane where Kelly finds.
Herself trying to prove her sanity.
The acting was all very good and the screenplay was well paced,.
Some notable co-stars include Robert Englund (Freddy Kreuger.
In A Nightmare On Elm St.) and in a slightly ironic role Earl Boen.
(Doctor Silberman in Terminator) as a fellow inmate.
I enjoyed watching the film and recommend it to anyone who.
Enjoys a good horror/thriller.
