Review of The Face of Love (2013) by Ken G — 28 Mar 2014
Very genuine portraits of dealing with loss and the possibility of renewal when the major part of life is behind you. Benning and Harris are terrific; we need to see more of them and more films about life as it is. This is similar in tone to Enough Said, with Julie Louis-Dreyfus and James Gandolfini, but a bit darker.
It was also great to see Amy Brenneman again.
