Review of The East (2013) by David G — 09 Jun 2013
This was a deeply engrossing tale of high-octane Stockholm Syndrome. Who are the bad guys and who are the good? Are there any good guys at all? A good woman tries to pick her way through a dense moral thicket? The a acting is great: Marling, Skargard and Page are standouts, but the whole ensemble is solid.
It's rated at 69, but I give it a solid 90.
