Review of The Dinner (2017) by Caprice V — 16 Jan 2018

The performances were so excellent I have a hard time with both the reception to this movie, tomatometer and audience, and the lack of promotion, since i'd never heard of it - it certainly has its flaws but it's also certainly better than the ratings - Steve Coogan especially given that it's so out of character from his usual choices - it's a great character study and compelling topic - much better than the reviews listed here - you would have to like character studies.
