Similar to Jodorowsky's Dune, a real case of what might have been? Some of the Kevin Smith stuff was already discussed on his 'An Evening With' DVD's. One thing is for certain, the great man would have been a great Superman and considering the two that got the gig since, he might have given Reeve a run for his money.
I really wish that this was made.
