Review of The Darjeeling Limited (2007) by Wes M — 21 Mar 2011
This guy is such a genius!
So far, I've seen 3 Wes Anderson's, and this one's prolly in the middle (behind Life Aquatic, and in front of Royal Tenenbaums). Anderson once again shows off his "uniquely same" characters, with their pent up emotions and awkward humor, this time in India. Once again, the writing and acting were top notch. Once again, I couldn't find a single fault in an Anderson movie haha. O, and you should try to watch Hotel Chevalier before this, cuz it's the companion prologue piece to this film. It's a short that gives a little more background to Schwartzman's character.
