Review of The Cloverfield Paradox (2018) by Simon B — 05 Feb 2018
These reviews are ridiculously harsh. This was a really good sci-fi movie. It had a lot of the same set ups and tropes of the genre, and then subverted my expectations in surprising ways. It also roughly ties together the other Cloververse films without being too neat as to fully explain them.
The waekest of the three Cloverfield movies, but still a strong entry.
