Review of The Black Cat (1941) by Rich C — 07 Dec 2016
Kind of silly in late 30's-early 40's style, but amusing to see Broderick Crawford as a semi-romantic lead, Alan Ladd, Rathbone & Legosi in this type of cinematic relief. I thought Ladd was in the big one in '41.
Great black and white cinematography, particularly lightning storm and plethora of shadows.
