Review of The Battery (2007) by Jason C — 22 Jun 2013
This is NOT MUCH of a zombie movie. I realized it during the grabber, so I was able to watch the character development that ensued. They made the zombies move slow enough that they almost didn't matter.
The story focuses on two ex-ball players who've been going it with only each other to rely on for a very long time. There is a little mystery, but I can't say there was a scary part anywhere in the movie.
The last 20 minutes are a wash as well. They set it up pretty nicely, but it drug on and on. It's not a scary movie, just an exercise that focuses on character development.
