Review of The Bang Bang Club (2011) by Tom H — 10 Feb 2012
As a hobby photographer, my interest in this film may be a bit higher than average. Still it is a historical account of four photographers trying to get to the bottom of what was happening in South Africa with the help of their cameras.
Ethical decisions need to be made, sides need to be picked and they become keenly aware that their work is having an impact, but to what effect. But, you don't have to be a photographer to like this movie because it is a very human (and true) story.
