Review of The Angels' Share (2012) by Kieran L — 05 Oct 2012
Nice blend of drama and comedy in this Scotltish set movie. A bit more whimsical than one might expect from Loach but thoroughly entertaining. At the start of the film I was reminded of why I left Scotland in the first place but it was great to see Edinburgh and Irn Bru on film again and I had a big smile on my face as the credits rolled.
That reminds me I need to buy that 16 year old Lagavulin tomorrow.
