Review of The Amazing Transparent Man (1960) by Allan C — 08 Nov 2014
Edgar G. Ulmer directed this entertaining rather gonzo sci-fi film about a mad scientist who develops an invisibility formula and plans to build an invisible army to take over the world. This film is one of Ulmer's last films and is rather disappointing compared to his best films, but it's still worth checking out if you're in the mood for a goofy 50s/60s Saturday Morning serial sort of goofy fun.
Just don't expect "The Black Cat" or "Detour.".
