Review of Ten (2002) by Mitchell C — 31 Mar 2008
The problem I had with this film is that it's limited by it's own media. It wants to create something out of nothing but it ends up being beaten down by it's own execution. I don't want to watch a film that takes place all in a car for long durations of time.
To me the film strikes me as a film merely shown in film classes and no where else. But it is in no way a bad movie because it tries to express ideas that are far greater than the movies medium and no film can truly be a "bad" film that tries for big ideas.
