Review of Taxi Driver (1976) by Peter C — 25 Sep 2012

Finally managed to free up some time and finish this and damn.. Thank god I did because it was so good. As soon as the film starts I already knew it was going to be so good just from the main theme.. one of the best i've heard in a film.

The story is one of the most realistic, yet dramatic ones I have seen in a while as well as the cinematography being really aesthetic. Ultimately it all comes down to all of these elements coming together (along with a stellar ending that really makes you feel and think of the character) Brilliant film, highly recommended.
