Could have been so much better and intelligent. Unfortunately it is neither. The grande finale loses steam and the chase sequences are bordering on tiresome. There is a funny sequence with Sylvester Stallone, who is obviously dubbed (I don't care who tells me different) but apart from this, it's mediocre.
