Review of Tanna (2015) by Lincoln K — 18 Feb 2017
This film set on a small south pacific island is cast entirely with members of the local tribe essentially playing themselves and it is a fascinating look at their culture. The film, based on a true island story, is essentially a romeo and juliet fable about forbidden love.
The cinematography is also terrific from the filmmakers.
