Review of Survival of the Dead (2010) by Ben B — 09 May 2010
Recently there have been a string of crappy monster movies. when ever I see that another one is coming out I like to go back to a true classic: Geroge A. Romero's Night of the living dead. that movie alone created the modern zombie movie and has become a cult icon.
Survival is Romero's sixth foray into the zombie apocalypse and proves that he is the king of horror. the back story questions the morals of killing our resurected loved ones. in the past there has been a questions on consumerism, technologies influence, and what makes us human.
In a world where humanity is divided between the living and the dead we question what divides the two if were willing to slaughter those we once knew and loved.
