This live-action adaptation of Super Mario Bros. mixes laughs with thrills. I remember posting an animated stop-motion comedy to YouTube where Mario and Luigi (along with Princesses Peach, Daisy and Rosalina) have some fun at the beach, with a little interruption and unexpected sights: Bowser threatening New York (just like in this movie).
