Miike's fun and loving homage to the Spaghetti Western (esp "Fistful of Dollars" + "Django" - both versions of Kurasawa's "Yojimbo" which was a samurai version of a Western.
) Fun mixture of styles. Extra fun - a Japanese film, but filmed in English. Plus, a goofy cameo by Quentin Tarantino. With Miike at the helm, you know it wont be boring.
