Wow! Sharon Stone is old! 50 as a cop? Pretty crazy. +The villain from Crank is similarly evil here (as Pepe). +Some good gunplay. -Chubby Kilmer. Shots of the remains of NO during the end credits is a nice touch. "Heck of a job Brownie!".
