The cream of the crop of '80's comedy-gore flicks. The Toxic Avenger will always have a special place in my perverted little heart but Street Trash is a better overall "film". The effects are very creative (and gross!), great direction and cinematography (which is super rare in this genre), and lots of social commentary sub-text which I like in my horror movies.
