Review of Street of Fury (1996) by Mattias E — 18 May 2009
More a poor man's Young And Dangerous than social cinema perhaps, but some of the street brawls here look, if not realistic, then at least pretty rough. Both story and acting have that charming old school light opera feel, and the movie also features two star performers in young Louis Koo and Teresa Mak.
And, mind you, Elvis Tsui in dreads.
