Review of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009) by Joel M — 24 Aug 2009
The director of this movie, andrzej.
Bartkowiak, used to be a cinematographer.
And it shows. the shots and the direction of the action sequences are good. so is the editing. directing of actors, however,.
Is something bartkowiak doesn't seem too interested in. to add that the dialog isn't super awesome either, it's interesting to see which actors can pull it off. kristin kreuk and neal mcdonough do a great job whereas moonblood good and chris klein are kinda terrible. but if you're gonna let sketchy acting and hokey dialog get in the way of enjoying a movie then you are probably not the target audience for this kind of thing anyways. recommended.
