Begins with longish takes of a homeless family engaged in mundane tasks. Transitions to a few scenes of peculiar behaviors. Ends with long takes of two people looking at a mural, eventually and briefly interacting, then leaving the scene.
Mostly presented in such poor resolution images that they would be shameful to upload to YouTube. There are undisclosed things happening behind what we see, but couldn't we at least have borrowed a friends iPhone to shoot some tolerably viewable images?
