Other than the 2009 Franchise-Rape, this - I fear - will be one of the last Star Trek movies, in wich the real purpose of the "Trek" will be visible. To strive for better understanding, for knowledge and wisdom.
Its all there, in this movie, one just needs the will to see it, as in all the other movies before. But thats whats hapening with our generations perception. It deteriorates. A little faster every day.
Uh. Explosion. Uh. Cool Guy. Uh, big Jugs. Splendid, indeed.
