A beautiful poetic Chinese Drama that is considered by many as China's Finest Film.
A simple story of three people intertwined 1) a crippled middle aged man 2) a serving distressed wife 3) a charismatic doctor who knows then both.
A stunning film set just after WWII in the brief time of spring, this film says so much with out words & the backdrop of rural China will leave you speechless...an extraordinary film.
