Review of Spectral (2016) by Kelly H — 28 Aug 2017

This is a highly underrated sci-fi piece of fun that would have been epic on the big screen had Universal held onto it and promoted it well. I love Netflix but this is a 'big feel' film and needs to be loud and in your face.

There were a few gaps in the scary feel like a critic has mentioned however the acting was mostly very strong and the level of detail is sublime which makes it almost reach super cool movie status that big kids will love. Scary factor would have achieved that or some more work on character development so we felt the key characters pain/journey more. That's pretty picky but important for something this big..
