This is a very thin action thriller, with the bulk of the movie having chases and fight scenes as filler instead of having it fit in organically. Donnie Yen plays Zhilong Chen, undercover cop. But instead of having an suspense, it likes to throw in fight scenes that don't add to much, mostly characters fighting for sport or sparring for fun.
There is some good stunt work and fight choreography, so its serviceable crime thriller and not much more.
