EEGADS!!! Final Destination creators, you got some splainin to do!!!!! In 1983, nearly 25 years before F.D. showed it's face, this little gem of an 80's flick was made about a TV producer surviving a horrible plane crash, which was a mistake in death's plan, so now death is after her, but this time taking all of those who get in the way, and rather than appearing via smoke and mirrors, death uses freshly dead corpses to hunt her down and try and kill her.
The film is a terrific mood piece that relies on tension and suspense rather than flashy deaths and tons of gore. It also sports some great supporting characters and a small tit scene (figuratively and literally) by a young scream queen to be Brinke Stevens.
Watch for an ending that you know is eventual but do not see coming (although you should have). Terrific film.
