Review of Slackers (2002) by Luke S — 03 Jul 2008
So Slackers is the greatest movie you may have never heard of. Alot of people may disagree, but the characters in this movie play off each other really well. The jokes are tame, but they play together in the best way possible.
Basically in this movie Jason Schwartzman is a creepy little man with. He plays a stalker who is more ackward then Bob Sagat's talks of banging the Olsen Twins. He's trying to get with Jaime King's character and is too ackward to charm her, so he blackmails Devon Sawa (The guy from Final Destination) and his friends to hook him up with her.
They follow along, but plans start to change when Devon Sawa's character starts to fall in love with the target. The comedy requires a certin taste, but the cinematics and writing was top notch. Also you can see Jason Segel (Main character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall) in a role before he became an "A" list actor.
