Review of Silent Night, Deadly Night III: Better Watch Out! (1989) by Benjamin E — 01 Dec 2009

I was hoping this would have been a decent movie like the first one, but I was sadly mistaken. This movie just sucks ass. It makes absolutely no sense. It's barely connected to the first film and when I say "barely" I mean BARELY.

Somehow or another the character of Ricky, who is being called the Santa Killer regardless of the fact that his brother did it before him, somehow now has some plastic dome over his exposed brain. Huh? What the fuck is going on? And then some blind girl has some kind of connection with him that brings him out of a 6 year coma.

I don't get it. I still have 4 and 5 to watch and I already know 4 has nothing to do with it because it has giant bugs and a cult. I don't even know if it takes place at Christmas or not! I gave this movie 1 star instead of half a star because I do like the actress who plays Laura.

The only redeeming thing about this movie!
